Day 8 How's it going?
It’s going good, the custom is different but because we’re an independent we’ve been able to adapt to the new wants and needs of the locals. I miss the hustle and bustle of the lunch rush though.
Salads of the day: Squash + rosemary pasta · Lentil feta + tomato salad · Paprika prawn + potato
