Day 62 Coffee and conversation

My dog is under the weather so i get to play nurse...Fun. I popped open a can of ‘san pelly’ at 7am this morning because my body was crying out for sugar so if i’m subdued at lunch it’s because my sugar rush has run out! Or it’s because my morning was filled with coffee and conversation..
