Day 104 Fresh as

Walked to work in the pouring rain this morning and somehow i’m in a good mood, I love this feeling. The sweetcorn relish in todays special was made in house and we picked the sweetcorn ourselves DOES IT GET ANY FRESHER THAN THAT?!

Harissa spiced aubergine + white bean

Miso + shallot rice

Roast vegetable pasta

Soup: Tomato · spinach + mushroom

Sandwich of the day: Pastrami beef, French brie, sweetcorn relish + tomato
