Day 195 Morning routine
Hopefully by the end of this month I will wake up to daylight. My morning consists of 5 alarms the penultimate one is at 6:00am and the final one is at 6:03am then I sit up super fast like a body rising from a grave. I smack my face a couple times and then look at my dog in the eyes and we stare at each other for a while, it’s a truly magical moment.
Salads:
Thai spiced aduki beans
Miso dressed noodles
Roast pepper + rosemary pasta
Soup: Indian spiced chickpea + sweet potato
