Day 209 Windy city

I’ve had a busier morning than I anticipated! One of my favourite interactions this morning was with a young boy who trotted up to the counter looked me dead in the eyes and said ‘i’d like a baguette, not a sandwich, not toast, not butter, I just want a baguette.’ He knew exactly what he wanted, no messing around, straight to the point. Respect.
