Day 273 Underwhelmed

Last night was a little disappointing between Galvin La Chapelle and EATALY I was just underwhelmed! I felt La Chapelle lacked wow factor but the surroundings were beautiful. EATALY was a little pricey. With import tax and waste i’m sure the prices are justifiable but Italian food is suppose to be deliciously inexpensive in my mind… you live and learn.

Harissa roasted carrots with split peas · ginger + dill

Sun-dried tomato + preserved lemon rice

Roast squash ragu pasta

Potato salad with crab stick

Soup: Gazpacho OR Courgette · tomato + basil

Sandwich: Chorizo, pecorino romano, sun-dried tomato + fresh tomato
