Day 316 Morning thoughts

There’s always less people on the streets when it’s raining. This morning I didn’t see anyone on my way to work it felt like an apocalypse had taken place. I think i’d survive an apocalypse though I don’t know why you’d want to everyone you know, love and even hate would be gone.

Salads:

Med veg lentils

Spinach + cumin rice

Smokey aubergine pasta

Paneer + lentil stew kind of thing

Soup: Cauliflower · potato + paprika

Sandwich: Pulled lemon chicken, cream cheese, avocado, chilli relish + red onion
