So, we’re contemplating adding a new member to the gang. In a normal job you state the roles and responsibilities to your prospective employee and decide if they’ll be a good fit but it’s hard to explain the deli. From customers to staff it’s hard to comprehend.

Red pepper rice

Chicken + tarragon ragu pasta

Sausage + mushroom salad

Soup: Sweet potato, ginger + tomato

Sandwich: Chorizo, fontina cheese, Jalapeno relish + tomato
