Day 526 To do or not to do
You know when you make yourself a to do list, a long one, and you actually complete it? This is a new feeling for me. I have to try and stay on top of things for the next few weeks, this is a great start. Now, a lot can happen in 24 hours and being the pessimist that I am, I highly doubt I’ll be feeling accomplished tomorrow.
Salads:
Mild madras mung bean
Ginger + turmeric rice
Mushroom ragu pasta
Panzanella
Sandwich: Parma ham, Ermesenda cheese, spicy peach relish + tomato
Soup: spiced potato + watercress
