Day 687 Leaking

Tooting tonight, snooker night. But first, work. I’m in constant talks with different builders about our leaking roof. We’re having a mere. I would love to come to work and dedicate myself to sandwiches and salads but it seems i’ve become a surveyor for the time being. It’s not for me, i’m a DIY queen but this roof is nightmare.

Salads:

Med veg lentils

Red pepper rice

Roast vegetable ragu pasta

Soup: White bean, roast pepper + tomato

Sandwich: Mortadella ham, Provola cheese, jalapeno relish + tomato
