Day 694 Happy Tuesday

My Easter weekend was not as jolly as I was anticipating. There’s been a lot of conversation about various topics this morning but i’m just not in the mood. I have now left myself with no time to write something inspired of funny, I just want to get my work done and go home. Welcome back…yay.

Spinach + lemon rice

Sausage + ham pasta

Chickpea, potato + egg curry

Soup: Spiced chickpea + tomato

Sandwich: Parma ham, Chilli pecorino, Jalapeno relish + tomato
