Day 799 Hospo hype

We’re catering all day tomorrow but it’s a canape affair so i’m excited. We don’t do pretentious food so when a canape order comes in I get to live my Gordon Ramsey fantasy. There is nothing like the high of hospitality. Everyday is like a sports match, you hype yourself and convince your mind that you’re ready for anything, you are the MVP, the outcome of the shift is on your shoulders.
