Day 215 Save me

TGIF is what the kids say but not me. I’m not the biggest fan of Friday’s because it’s the busiest day of the week! It’s been carnage already, the more stressed I get the more I annunciate by the end of the rush I speak the queens English ‘Would one like a sandwich?’

Indian aromatic rice

Leek · black olive + tomato pasta

Miso + tofu rice noodles

Soup: Chickpea · sweetcorn · ginger + lemongrass

Sandwich: Mortadella, Iberico cheese, jalapeno relish + tomato
